Modern Electronic Warfare & Communications (EW & Comms) systems require high-precision components that protect sensitive electronics whilst integrating functionality. Using ultra-fine laser processing, we manufacture detailed structures and engravings, for example for printed circuit boards, connectors or antenna components. Our embossing technologies allow us to form complex shielding plates and contours with high repeat accuracy – ideal for the series production of RF-tight enclosures and shields. In addition, we develop structure-integrated solutions where, for example, antenna elements or cooling structures are embedded directly into the component design to save space and weight. With this combination of micro-precision and innovative design, we supply components for EW and communications systems that are distinguished by reliability, compactness, and functional added value.
